Seedling Membership: Our baseline framework focusing on essential health maintenance. Includes Lite Primary Care access (up to 2 visits/year), wholesale labs, at-cost medications, and acute sick visits.$150 - $199/mo

Wildflower Lite Membership: Focused exclusively on weight management and metabolic wellness. Includes ongoing weight loss medication titration. $250 - $325/mo

Wildflower Membership: Our comprehensive signature tier combining Full Primary Care with advanced Metabolic Wellness tracking. Includes unrestricted ongoing medical monitoring, and dedicated GLP-1/peptide therapy management.$350 - $450/mo

Wildflower Duo Membership: The Couple's Suite. Delivers complete, unrestricted primary care, comprehensive acute sick visit access, and custom metabolic health tracking for two adults living in the same household. Includes ongoing medical monitoring and at-cost prescription access.$600 - $750/mo

Flourishing Field Membership: The Comprehensive Family Tier. Covers full-scope primary care, comprehensive acute sick visits for two adults plus immediate dependents. Features at-cost medication benefits and dedicated wellness tracking.$850 - $1,100/mo

Per-visit Fees

Initial Clinical Consultation: Comprehensive initial health evaluation, intake, and medical baseline charting for new clients.$150

Advanced Hair Restoration Management: Dedicated standalone clinical management for hair thinning and alopecia. Includes therapeutic prescription protocols utilizing specialized, in-house stocked hair-loss compounds passed along at wholesale cost. (Included at no additional monthly management fee for Wildflower, Wildflower Lite, Duo, and Flourishing Field members).$85/mo

Medication & Peptide Transparency Note: All ongoing memberships include direct access to wholesale, at-cost medications passed along with zero retail pharmacy markup.

Semaglutide Protocols: Included directly within your monthly Wildflower Lite ($250–$325/mo) or Wildflower membership.
High-Dose Tirzepatide Protocols: Standard starting and mid-range doses are fully covered under your Wildflower monthly membership. High-concentration maintenance protocols (doses >10 mg/week) incur a $75–$100/month high-dose peptide adjustment to account for direct pharmacy compounding costs.
